The Corporation of Shepherdstown Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the 2025 Comprehensive Plan on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Shepherdstown Community Club/War Memorial Building, 102 E. German Street, Shepherdstown, WV.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on the 2025 Draft Comprehensive Plan, which outlines future growth, development, and land-use policies for Shepherdstown. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comments.

A copy of the Draft Comprehensive Plan is also available for public review at Town Hall, 104 North King Street. 

Written comments may also be submitted prior to the hearing by hand delivery to Town Hall, mailing them to P.O. Box 248, Shepherdstown, WV, 25443 or emailing to comments@shepherdstown.gov .
