The Town of Shepherdstown invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for exterior/interior painting, roof repair, and maintenance work on several town-owned buildings. The project includes exterior painting, roof repairs, vine removal, interior point-up work, and painting. Contractors with experience in historic preservation are especially encouraged to apply, as the job involves landmark structures.  The proposal submission deadline is January 31, 2025. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
